Christmas Island is an Australian Territory located in the Indian Ocean some 2,600km north east of Perth. One of the world’s last large islands to be populated, 63% of the island is national park with a delicate ecosystem, home to numerous species of flora and fauna found nowhere elsewhere on Earth.

Best known for its Red Crab migration, its known by many as the ‘Galapagos of the Indian Ocean’.
